Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), including VAT where it applies.
What are your delivery options and how long will it take?
Delivery across the United Kingdom is free on orders of £75 or more and a flat £25 below that. An express upgrade is available at the same £25 if you want it prioritised. Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and then take 5 to 7 days.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you once payment is taken, and a second email follows with a tracking number when the order ships.
Do you have a shop location?
No. We are an online supplier with no shop or showroom, which is how the prices stay where they are.
Can I return my item?
Yes. If you are in the UK you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a further 14 days to send the goods back; this store runs its own 15-day window, a day longer than the statutory minimum. Separately, you can ask for a refund, repair or replacement if an item is faulty, is not as described or does not do what it is meant to do, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to everything we sell. We do not offer a separate manufacturer warranty on top of them.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the order leaves us. You can follow it on our track your parcel page.
What is Tritan?
Tritan is a BPA-free copolyester. It holds the clarity and much of the weight of glass while resisting the impacts that shatter glass. It is shatter-resistant rather than unbreakable: no drinking vessel is indestructible.
Are the glasses dishwasher safe?
Yes, every glass in the range is dishwasher safe and made to be washed and reused rather than thrown away.
Are the glasses sold individually or in sets?
Per glass. You order the number you actually need rather than a fixed set size.
